Abstract


In this work, we prepared a series of Au nanoparticles have been successfully synthesized by -ray irradiation metal polymer blend (PVA, PVA/Ag, PVA/Cs/Ag and PVA/PAM/Ag), the PVA/Ani composite film was successfully prepared and PANI/PVA nanocomposite via facile and novel synthetic steps. Our synthetic route is simpler; it does not need expensive oxidizing agents, surfactants, templates and complicated apparatus.
The present work contains five chapters in addition to the list of figures, tables, abbreviations and references. The first two chapters are concerned with the introduction and reviews of previous studies. The five chapter is concerned with the conculsion.
Chapter 3 describes the preparation methodology, experimental setup and techniques used in the Au nanoparticles synthesized by -ray irradiation metal polymer blend (PVA, PVA/Ag, PVA/Cs/Ag and PVA/PAM/Ag), the PVA/Ani composite film prepared and PANI/PVA nanocomposite. Several techniques were used to detect the structural changes of the nanocomposites. These are: UV-Visible spectrophotometer, Transmission Electron microscope (TEM), high resolution scanning electron (HRSEM) microscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectrophotometer,
