Abstract
The importance of good nutrition as one of the important aspects of lifestyle was emphasized in the recent years and the trends towards healthier diets have increased. Evidences of Epidemiology indicate that changes in lifestyle in recent years increased the incidence of diet related diseases such as (cardiovascular diseases, cancers, osteoporosis, high blood pressure and obesity), change in nutrition habits can be noted as an important change.
Unhealthy eating habit is a major public health concern among university students who experienced transition into university students. They lack knowledge of healthy food choices that may affect eating habits and nutritional status negatively.
