Abstract


Understanding student’s attitudes, responses towards empowerment strategies practices and the factors that may enhance student’s satisfaction would help PHEIs of MIS in Egypt reach for a sustainable business in the field of higher education; this tends to be largely ignored by marketing studies as literature lacks evidence on the effect of empowerment strategy resulting from students participation on the sustainability in general and particularly in higher education.

Research Questions
Based on the present problem the researcher is obliged to find answers for the following questions:
What is the relationship between student’s empowerment and their satisfactions?
What is the relationship between student’s satisfaction and their positive word of mouth?
