A study on the phytochemical Analysis, Gold Nanoparticles Synthesis using some Wild Plant Extracts and Its Biological Activity

Nadia Ahmed Soliman Ali;

Abstract

The present study reported a facile,simple and rapid biosynthesis method for gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) using the arial parts of some wild palnts form different Families. Euphorbia dendroides (Euphorbiaceae), Moricandia nitens (Viv.) E. A. Durand & Barratte belong`s to family (Brassicaceae) and Pituranthos Tortuosus family (Umbelliferae).The arial parts extract was used as biotic reducing and stabilizing agent of the growing AuNPs. The synthesized gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), were characterized using UV-Vis spectroscopy (UV–Vis), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA).
