Abstract


Critical thinking is a complex, interactive process which can be impacted by interpretations the individual makes of the world. One of these interpretations is how confident a person is in their ability to perform a specific task to successful completion, this perceived confidence is called self-efficacy. Self-efficacy play a critical role in the practice of nursing and professional development. Thus, it is important to understand the level of self-efficacy in student nurses.
This study aimed to assess the relationship between critical thinking skills and self-efficacy among students of technical institute through, assessing critical thinking skills among nursing students, assessing self-efficacy among nursing students and finding out the relationship between critical thinking skills and self-efficacy among nursing students.
