Abstract


The flipped learning has made a qualitative leap in the field of education. Some educators see that education has two-steps of processes, The first step is transferring information to the learner, and the second step employing the student with this information. Traditional learning focuses on the first step and leaves students to complete the second step through homework. On the other hand, flipped learning focuses on the two steps; The first step takes place before the lecture, so the students see the lecture on the Internet, and the second step takes place inside the classrooms, effectively employing information as it uses the time of the lecture to implement learning activities, this supports the higher levels of thinking and helps to gain more knowledge

Therefore, the researcher concluded that the main issue that there is a lack in the performance of the students of the first secondary school students in the level of skill performance in the skills of designing dynamic web pages for the computer course.
several studies and researchers, such as: (Mohammed Al-Otaibi, 2019; Shoman Scholars 2018; Harmony Ismail, 2017; Maher Zangour 2017 Rehab Jamal, 2017. Umm Kulthum Raslan, 2015; Abd al-Rahman al-Zahrani, 2015; Hanan Al-Zein, 2015 Hartman, Dahm, Nelson, 2015; O'Flaherty, Phillips, 2015; Bharali, 2014; wanner, palmer, 2015; Herreid, Schiller, 2013), had recommended of the necessity of adopting modern methods of education such as flipped learning, and employing modern technology effectively in the educational process; As well as the importance of studying the attitudes of learners, as they are components of the personality and because they are determinants, controls, and guidelines for the learner's behavior... Therefore, sought the current research to attempt to address this problem through the answer to question the president as follows:
"What is the effect of the two types of flipped learning on developing dynamic web page design skills for high school students and the attitudes towards learning?".
