The thesis is devoted to the study of oscillatory and asymptotic behavior of solutions of some general forms of nonlinear differential equations which contain some neutral delayed on the form

The obtained results improve and extend some of the known results in the literature. Some sufficient conditions are relaxed. we give also an
example arising in mathematical ecology differential equation of the form
[x() + P(ox(t-- o)]+r(o) ( +x(0)f(x(1-o)) = 0.
