Events Detection Using Data Analytics on Social Networks

Abstract

In this chapter, we presented our method for detecting the needs of affected people and extract the appropriate guidelines. we discussed how the approach using question answering techniques which depends on neural networks for natural language processing to deal with the text data and trying to answer affected people's tweets with the appropriate answers in different kind of crises. The chapter also presented the experiments conducted to evaluate the proposed approach as well as a discussion of the obtained results. The proposed framework was tested on open-source dataset
