Abstract
In this study two hundred and four male albino rats (Rattus ratlus) weighing 200gwere used.
Animals were divided into 3 main groups Negative control group: (12 rats") whhout any treatment. Six were sacrificed after 3 days, six after 8 weeks.Positive control group- (24 rats) divided into 2 subgroups: Dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) subgroup: (12 rats) injected with 1 ml DMSO ntraperitoneally. sacrificed after 3 days
