Abstract


The present study was performed to investigate the effect of oral and intravenous sodium load on normal ,renal hypertension and neph•otoxic groups of dogs. All these groups subjected to measurinL, the following parameters, serum levels of sodium and potassium, serum levels of NO and PGs, serum levels of bradykinin, ANP, catecholamines, serotonin and histamine, urine volume and sodium content of urine for one day
