Biography
Dr. Mohamed Mahmoud Aboul Fotouh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural Biochemistry at the Faculty of Agriculture in Cairo, Egypt. He received his PhD in Agricultural Biochemistry from Ain Shams University, Egypt in 2020. His research interests include plant biochemistry, stress physiology, and natural products. He has published several papers in peer-reviewed journals and is an experienced teacher. He is a skilled technician in the operation of LC-MS and GC devices, and he has experience in conducting routine chemical analyses and working with enzymes in different matrices. Dr. Aboul Fotouh is a dedicated scientist and educator who is passionate about his research and committed to sharing his knowledge with his students.
