Research Experience
1. The thermal evaporation technique using coating unit type (Edwards E306A) for thin-film samples
preparation.
2. Preparation of bulk samples (fast quenching or slow cooling).
3. Preparing the samples as solar cells.
4. Preparing high flat samples of very small thickness from the bulk sample ingots for “Electrical
Conductivities” (DC, AC), Dielectric relaxation, and Current-voltage characteristic, Admittance
Spectroscopy, DLCP, and Optical Properties.
